Workforce Scaling: We retain the operational agility to scale our remote teams and workforce up or down to align with seasonal demands or project requirements specified by the Client.
3. Client Obligations and Responsibilities
To ensure high-performance execution, the Client agrees to:
Provide timely, accurate, and complete information, documentation, and system access required for us to integrate our staff with your workflows.
Retain ultimate responsibility for the overarching business strategy, compliance, and legality of the instructions given to our virtual assistants or call center agents.
Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials, passwords, or system logins shared between your internal team and our staff.
4. Fees, Payments, and Billing
Consultations: Initial project discovery and consultations are offered as outlined during initial contact.
Service Fees: Fees for ongoing BPO services are custom-quoted based on infrastructure, talent level, and service hours.
Payment Terms: All invoices are issued and payable in accordance with the specific terms detailed in your signed Service Agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in the temporary suspension of services.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Property: All content, designs, text, graphics, code, and interfaces on this Website are the exclusive intellectual property of Skybridge Solutions and are protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
Client Property: The Client retains full ownership of all data, customer lists, brand assets, and proprietary materials provided to Skybridge Solutions for the execution of the services.

7. Limitation of Liability
